Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Thvani Earthcraft, we take immense pride in creating custom-made, handcrafted, and handwoven garments. To ensure quality and sustainability, we operate with a prepaid payment policy and your order will be processed only after full payment is received. As every product is made-to-order, we do not offer returns. However, we provide an exchange policy under specific conditions.

Exchange Policy Details

  1. Product Damage:
  • If the product is delivered in a damaged condition due to a manufacturing defect or mishandling during transit, you are eligible for an exchange.
  1. Size Issues for Standard Sizes:
  • If you have ordered a product in a standard size and encounter a size issue, you may exchange the product for the correct size.
  1. Customization-Specific Policy:
  • For customized orders, you must provide accurate and precise measurements at the time of placing the order.
  • Customized products cannot be exchanged due to sizing issues, as they are made specifically for your measurements.
  • Customized products are only eligible for exchange if there are manufacturing defects or damages during production.
  1. Exchange for Another Product:
  • If you wish to replace your product with another item, you may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value based on the original purchase.
  • If the replacement product is of a higher value, the price difference will need to be paid.
  1. Condition of the Product for Exchange:
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition for an exchange to be approved.
  • The price tag and any other tags attached to the garment must not be removed.
  • Products with missing tags or visible signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.
  1. Process for Requesting an Exchange:
  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your product if you wish to exchange it.
  • Email us at support@thvaniearthcraft.com with your order details, photographs of the product (if applicable), and the reason for the exchange.
  • Once the exchange request is approved, the product must be returned to us.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate the exchange or replacement process.
